Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we process personal data when you use our website, request a quote, or place an order (including checkout).
Last updated: April 2026.
Who we are
Enera Solar (“we”, “us”) is responsible for processing personal data as described here.
Contact for privacy matters: [email protected]. For GDPR requests, use the same address with subject line “Data protection request”.
Data we collect
We may process identity and contact data (name, email, phone, installation address, DNI/NIE where required for invoicing or compliance), technical data (IP address, device/browser), usage data from the website, order details, and payment-related information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to perform contracts (orders, delivery, installation), comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, anti-fraud where applicable), pursue legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights (security, limited analytics, service improvement), and — only if you give separate consent — marketing (e.g. newsletter).
Checkout consents you tick are recorded with your order where applicable.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for these purposes and as required by law (for example accounting retention). Customer and order records may be kept for the time needed to handle warranties and legal claims.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Spain, the supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
International transfers
If subprocessors process data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards under GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) where required.
