General Terms of Sale
These General Terms of Sale apply to online orders and deposits for products and installation services offered by Enera Solar. They are provided for transparency before you pay at checkout.
Last updated: April 2026.
Scope and acceptance
These General Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern purchases made through this website. By placing an order or paying a deposit you confirm that you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law — including, where relevant, EU consumer protection rules — are not limited by these Terms.
Orders, prices and payment
Product descriptions, prices and VAT treatment are shown on the site. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious errors, unavailability or suspected fraud.
If you pay a deposit, it reserves processing of your order. The remaining balance is due according to the schedule we communicate to you (typically before or on completion of installation), unless you have chosen full payment upfront.
Withdrawal, cancellation and returns
If you are a consumer and statutory law grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you may withdraw within the period and under the conditions set by law. Customised goods or services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent may be excluded where the law allows.
For defects, statutory warranty and consumer remedies apply where available. To exercise withdrawal or discuss a return, contact us using the email below. We will confirm receipt and explain the next steps in line with applicable law.
This section is a summary and does not replace legal advice for your specific case.
Delivery, installation, liability and law
Delivery and installation depend on survey, permits, grid access and weather; we provide estimates after your order is confirmed. You must allow safe access and cooperate with reasonable scheduling.
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by mandatory law. These Terms are interpreted in a way that preserves protections for consumers that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
