An advanced BMS monitors voltage, temperature and state of charge at module level, providing multi-layer protection against overcharge, deep discharge and short circuits. Module-level energy optimisation ensures every installed kilowatt-hour is fully utilised, even when you mix new and existing packs.

With IP66-rated enclosures and a wide operating temperature range, the APX battery can be installed indoors or in sheltered outdoor locations while keeping quiet, fanless operation thanks to natural convection cooling.

When paired with compatible Growatt hybrid inverters, the system can prioritise charging from solar, top up from the grid in off-peak hours and automatically discharge during expensive tariff periods, all controlled and monitored via the Growatt app.

Is it compatible with my system?

The Growatt APX 10 kWh battery is designed to work specifically with compatible Growatt hybrid inverters such as the MIN XH and MOD XH series, ensuring seamless electrical and communication integration.

It is an excellent choice both for new residential PV installations in the 5–8 kWp range and for upgrades of existing Growatt-ready systems where you now want to add storage.
