Precio de la electricidad: Calculated as the 2025 annual mean of REE monthly PVPC values (136.61 EUR/MWh before final taxes), then converted to EUR/kWh and grossed up by 5.11% electricity tax and 21% IVA to 0.1738 EUR/kWh.
Rendimiento: Estimated from PVGIS for Valencia at approximately 39.4699, -0.3763 with a south-facing 30-35 degree residential rooftop setup; raw yearly output around 1650 kWh/kWp was reduced by about 8% for temperature, inverter, soiling and real-world operating losses to 1500.
